General Admission Requirements
The Delaware IT Institute courses are open to all persons regardless of race, creed, sex, or national origin. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants who do not have a high school diploma or GED may be enrolled in some programs on an ability to benefit basis. They must pass an ability to benefit (ATB) test battery administered by an independent third party test administrator. Basic reading comprehension and good communicative verbal skills are recommended.
